Designed in mind for the Young Lass, This outfit is ready to go and all it needs is the hem to your specifications.

Overdress - One piece overdress made of Rose Velvet with matching ribbon ties. Ties in front and on shoulder for an adjustable fit. Professional set Black grommets and light bone keeps the lacing sturdy, no puckering All hems and seams are professional done with serger.

Chest: 22" - 24" Waist: 22" - 24" Length - up to 48" in length

Chemise - made of Dark Wine Satin with light floral print. Gathered at wrists and neck. All hems and seams are professional done with serger.

Chest: 22" - 24" Waist: 22" - 24" Length - up to 48" in length Long Sleeve.

*Note: Velvet will need to be Dry Cleaned and Satin can be hand washed and air dry.*

How to Measure:
To insure the best fit

Chest: Should be measured under your arms around the fullest part of your chest.
Over All Length: Measure from shoulder to floor or desired length.

Delivery: will be made 1 to 2 weeks after payment is received. Payment: Email contact must made within 3 days or item will go back to auction list.

Payment is preferred though Pay Pal. Shipping: US $10.00 - US Postal Service Priority Mail® (within United States ) We do ship outside, please email for estimated shipping cost. I will combine shipping charges if you purchase more then one item.

All Returns: If a return is going to be made Celtic Rose must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order and item must be returned within 3 days of email received from Celtic Rose Designs. All returned items must still be new with no signs of wear.

In-Stock Items : There will be a restocking fee of 15% deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are not refundable [unless return is due to an error on behalf of Celtic Rose Designs.]

Custom Items: There will be a restocking fee of 25% deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are not refundable [unless return is due to an error on behalf of Celtic Rose Designs.]Custom orders-due to their inability to be easily resold are limited returns. Items may not be returned without valid reason. If items are incorrect due to error of the customer a store credit may be discussed but a full return will not be made. As a customer it is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements and understand what you are ordering.

Refunds: Due to incorrect measurements or change of heart are not accepted as valid. If the item is made to order exactly as requested and the customer finds some issue other than actual error on behalf of Celtic Rose, it is not considered a valid return. Any refund due to you wil be refunded within 1 week after items has been returned.
