Shipping Policies:

It can take 1- 3 weeks for your order to be completed, depending on how busy our schedule is booked. When we recieve your order, we will give you an estmated time for shipping.

*Note: If you need an order by a specefic date please contact us to see if we can schedule for that date. Over night shipping costs are the responsibiltie of the customer, unless Celtic Rose Designs is in error, contact us and we will give you estimate.

Shipping Method:

We ship Priority Mail - U.S. Postal Service. You will receive your purchase within 2-3 business days from finish of order.
Express Priority Mail is usally wthin 1 or 2nd Day delivery. Once the order is in the mail, Celtic Rose Deigns is not responsible for any late delivery time.

Returns:

You must contact us of intent to return a In-Stock purchase within 24 hrs of recieving order and shipped back to Celtic Rose Designs within 3 days of recieving order. Purchase must be in same new state it was sent to Buyer and show no signs of wear. There will be a restocking fee of 15% deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are not refundable [unless it is on error of Celtic Rose Designs. ]

Custom purchases, You must contact us of intent to return a custom made purchase within 24 hrs of recieving order and shipped back to Celtic Rose Designs within 3 days of recieving order. Purchase must be in same new state it was sent to Buyer and show no signs of wear. There will be a restocking fee of 25% deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are not refundable [unless it is on error of Celtic Rose Designs. ]

Refund:

Once purchase is recieved, if there is a refund due it will be sent to you within 1 week of return date.
